Barnes and Noble's cafe has a great Cranberry Apple Turkey sandwich but this one is even better! So use up those Christmas leftovers!!2 slices of your favorite bread
2-3 slices of turkey
2 T. cranberry sauce
2 T. cream cheese
Mayo
Lettuce
Butter
Soften cream cheese in the microwave until its warm and easy to spread. Assemble all items in a sandwich except for butter. Spread butter on outside of sandwich and grill.
