{ Blueberry Raspberry Smoothie }

1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt or low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
3/4 cups ice water

Put it all in the blender and blend til it's smooth!
